  • The hall rental is for four hours(4) or less at the rental price of $150.00.An additional fee of $50.00 per hour, after the four (4) hour designated period.Deposit of $100.00 is required as a damage/ clean up, security deposit fee.Which will be refunded after the event if facility is clean and free ofdamage. The date will be confirmed upon receipt of $100.00 deposit.

  • Rental fee of $150.00 is due 14 days prior to the event.

  • The use of the kitchen,equipment,appliance’s & stove are not included in the price of the hall rental.Use of the kitchen & equipment is an additional fee of $50.00.

  • The hall rental and additional fees are to be paid no later than 7 days prior to the function.

  • Copy showing proof of home owners insurance or certificate of insurance for liability purposes’s is required.

  • Request for a bartender at the event is an additional $50.00 for four (3) hours (Bartender must be a Post 18 Legion employee). An additional fee of $15.00 per hour or any portion thereof over four (3) willbe required.

  • Children & teens attending any affair will refrain from running either in or outside the building for safety concerns.





  • The Legion reserves the right to deny hall rental for any reason if deemed to be detrimental to the American Legion Post 18

  • Bartender fee’s are to be paid in cash, in advance.

  • Alcoholic beverages or drugs are strictly prohibited from being broughtonto the grounds or into the building. Alcohol must be consumed within the building.

  • Consumption of any beverages containing alcohol by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

  • The bartender has the right to deny alcoholic beverages to anyone at their discretion.

  • All decorations must be approved by an officer of the Legion..
    . No tape (exception Shurtape), nails or staples can be used on building surfaces. Wire, Floral wire, non-stick tape are allowed. Hanging from cup hooks is mandatory. No tape of anykind is allowed on the wood floors.

  • No smoking is allowed inside the building . Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areain the front of the building.

  • No pets of any kind are allowed, Service dogs are excluded.  Proof of legal Service Dog certification must be presentedprior to the event. Service dogs must wear their official Service Dog vest at all times while on the property.

  •  The renter must be present during the event.

  • Renter shall be responsible for injuries to person, damage to property, and any damages in any way arising out of the use of the premises during rental period.

  • Renter shall indemnify the Legion with respect to any claims or losses,including attorney fees in any way arising out of use of the premisies, by any person whatsoever during the rental period, expressly including losses out of violation of rules

  • The renter is responsible for the actions of all persons using the premises during the rental period.

  • The premises consist of the outside area, building, hall, floors, walls,kitchen, downstairs bar area.

  • The renter agrees to clean trash & debrisafter their event. Hall tables , counter tops & appliances, to be wiped down,hall & kitchen floor swept.Trash cans will need to be emptied by putting all trash in garbage containers located outside the building by the kitchen.Note: clean up conditions are waived if $50.00 clean up fee is received in advance.

  • Deposit will be refunded after the event, When the premises have beeninspected and no damages , loss or violations of policy have been found.



It is understood and agreed that should your group fail to adhere to all rules, policies and conform to the proper use of the building, the American Legion Post 18, may at its discretion, terminate this agreement and require the renting parties to vacate the building and grounds (during the event if necessary), forfeiting any and all fees and monies.



I/We have read and understood this agreement and the policies it contains. I understand that if I/We or any of the guests or vendors at the event does not comply with this agreement or the policies the event may be immediately terminated by the American Legion post 18, in its sole discretion, and/or all deposits made retained by Post 18. I understand and agree that, in addition, I/we will be responsible and liable to Post 18 for any costs exceeding the amount of the retained deposit.
