A great day was had by our American Legion Riders, Jeff Davis Post 18 group on Sunday May 21st, 2023, as we were able to participate with one of the Groups we sponsor called Angels at a Distance. Angels at a Distance is a Youth Dirt Bike Program for 5th – 10th grade students who struggle with behavior problems and other educational barriers preventing them from progressing in their classes. Thanks to Antonio and Lareese Jackson for having us, and allowing us to participate in this great program. Special thanks to Al Pleasington for bringing your bikes, and teaching the students to ride! American Legion Riders Jeff Davis Post 18 were happy to donate a new atv for their program!
