To join the American Legion you must:

1) Complete, sign and return the application form found here.

2) Send us a copy of your DD214

3) Send us your first annual dues payment of $35.

You can fill out the form here then print it out to sign and mail. You can also print and/or download the form for later use.

Once you have a COPY of your DD214, a signed and completed application form and $35 (check or money order).

Enclose your COPY of the DD214, the signed and completed application form and the $35 annual dues payment in an envelope and mail to:
